A civil flag is a version of the national flag that is flown by civilians on non-government installations or craft. The use of civil flags was more common in the past, in order to denote buildings or ships that were not manned by the military. In some countries the civil flag is the same as the war flag or state flag, but without the coat of arms, such as in the case of Spain and Serbia, and in others it is an alteration of the war flag. In Scandinavia, state and war flags can be double and triple-tailed variants of the Nordic Cross flag. Many countries, particularly those with a British heritage, still have distinctive civil flags (technically civil ensigns) for use at sea, many based on the British Red ensign. ==Examples of civil flags== File:Flag of Argentina (alternative).svg|Argentina File:Flag of Costa Rica.svg|Costa Rica File:Civil Flag and Ensign of Ecuador.svg|Ecuador File:Civil Flag of El Salvador.svg|El Salvador File:Civil Ensign of Guatemala.svg|Guatemala File:Flag of Haiti (civil).svg|Haiti File: Bandera_de_México_Civil_2.svg|Mexico File:Flag of Peru.svg|Peru File:Civil Flag of Serbia.svg|Serbia File:Flag of Spain (Civil).svg|Spain File:Flag of Venezuela.svg|Venezuela 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Civil flag」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
